After my post about Senator Obama, I got an interesting phone call from my friend, client, and fellow photographer Katie Williams. It turns out that her mother, Hallie, has been following the blog since I photographed her grandchildren. She had the thought that she would love to see similar images of Senator Clinton. I also had a fantastic opportunity to get some one on one time with the Senator, and I wanted to at least quickly show one of the portraits from our session. My husband Steve (a great photographer in his own right) and I drove down to Charlotte and received exclusive media opportunity to not only photograph him during his town hall meeting. We started in the press setup area. But since we are photographing a cover profile of him for the magazine, and up to 30 sister publications

I am so looking forward to photographing the winner of the 2008 Carolina Parent Magazine Cover Contest again. I have had the pleasure of shooting several of Carolina Parent's covers, and I have no doubt that this will be another fun and high-energy session with the always-worthy finalists of the contest. As we have done for the last couple of years, I will photograph the selected finalists and a decision on the Cover Winner will be chosen after the photographs are reviewed

I'd seen it last month in Ladies Home Journal and Martha Stewart (I am really enjoying Martha Stewart nowadays :) And then I saw that it appeared in Vogue Magazine and Elle Magazine this month,
